We want you to be satisfied with your Pomu Lane order. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Return eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please include your order number or proof of purchase. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

How to request a return

Email 2391641173@qq.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Wait for our instructions before shipping the item. Do not send a return to the business contact address unless we confirm that destination for your return.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent an incorrect item. Contact us promptly if your order arrives defective or incorrect, and include your order number and photos so we can review it.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges and order changes

Contact us before returning an item if you would prefer help with an exchange or order change. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been prepared or shipped.
